Steps for 2 minute Mental Health Training to increase Productivity

Consecutive meetings with too much work and  no  breaks are a normal everyday scenario for busy professionals these days.

Busy schedules and multitasking can be stressful and can affect your productivity.
If you can notice this, it is very important  to take a break, regain concentration and relax.

To manage daily stress and increase  productivity, therapist and counselor Sarla Totla used social media to share a two-minute mental health training that you can do anytime, anywhere.

It’s a simple breathing method that anyone can do. In her post, she states: This is a  simple two-minute breathing exercise that you can do  between  meetings.

It helps to reset your mind and rejuvenate. “She added. “You’ll be amazed at how this simple exercise can relieve  stress and improve concentration and performance.

Add this to today’s tight work schedule and see the results.”

How is the exercise done?

  • Take a deep breath, hold your breath and exhale. Repeat this 10 times, but it will not take more than 2 minutes. Simpler Tips for Improving Productivity:
